De Tijdloze Canon

De Tijdloze Canon contains the ultimate list of 150 names from 70 years of pop and rock, compiled by the music experts and listeners of De Tijdloze radio.

In an encyclopedic manner, each of the 150 legendary musicians is assigned their place in history, with context, song titles and quotes.

And so the luxurious edition , the size of a vintage LP cover, is not only an exquisite coffee table book , but also the definitive reference work for all pop and rock lovers, thanks to the iconic photos from Goedefroit Music 's unique archive.

At the express request of VRT, Goedefroit Music (see also: De Tijdloze Foto's, 2023*) is compiling this exclusive edition. In January 2025, De Tijdloze radio, a digital channel of VRT and an extension of StuBru, will launch a daily buildup to De Tijdloze.

In the fall (late October, early November), De Tijdloze Canon will have its final week , widely distributed across all VRT channels and reinforced during De Tijdloze 100 week between Christmas and New Year's on StuBru and Canvas. Editorial coverage will feature in television news and fact-finding programs, radio stations, and online channels at the start of the holiday season, supplemented by a broad spot campaign on VRT TV, radio, online channels, and print media.
